All personnel are background-verified, Skill India/IISD certified, and trained to maintain discipline and uniform standards. Sakriya reserves the right to replace staff in case of unsatisfactory performance.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sakriya Manpower shall not be liable for indirect damages or losses due to force majeure or factors beyond reasonable control.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of operational, financial, and personal data obtained during service.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the contract with written notice, as specified in the agreement. All dues must be cleared prior to termination.
